Anyone can go get a certification and start training people. Not everyone can give you years and years of personal experience. I know what is it like to lose A LOT of weight in a very short amount. I know what it takes to get strong, build muscles, and to stay in shape. I know the tricks of trade: what to eat, how much to eat, and when to eat it. What exercises are perfect for you, what exercises aren't, and what to do for what you want. I know how to get you results.

About Tim Muriello





I am 31 years old and have been competing in bodybuilding contests since I was 16 years old. I have done 18 bodybuilding contests, multiple power lifting contests, and yes, even a strong man contest. Some are of my greatest lifts are a 405 lb bench press, a 600 lb squat, a 650 deadlift, 315 front military press, and many more. I have been blessed to have broken a world record in the deadlift as a teenager through the American Powerlifting Association, and still hold an unbroken national record with Son Light Power for a junior class deadlift. Just recently I competed in the Natural Mr. Illinois Bodybuilding Contest. On May 8, 2010 I also competed in the Heart of America Bodybuilding Classic. This is a drug tested contest where you must be drug free for 7 years.

I have also been an ordained minister for several years as well and thoroughly give Jesus all the glory for any and all successes that I have ever had. I was recently chosen to be a guest speaker at the Jesus Coffee House in Bloomington to talk about health, diet, and nutrition.

Throughout the years I have helped many people with diet plans, exercise programs, and personal training. I was featured in The Pantagraph in an article about how I trained a local high school football athlete for powerlifting contests.

People are amazed at me for being able to bulk up very heavy for powerlifting contests and then slimming down to such a lean bodyweight for bodybuilding contests. I once went up to 297 lbs. and just recently weighed in at 189 lbs. in a bodybuilding contest. I know what it is like to have alot of weight to lose in a very short amount of time.

I desire to be an encouragement to both young and old, to be fit both physically and spiritually. I also wish to be a role model for those who are seeking to live a better life.

There are 3 basic services that I provide that are based on how much you are willing to invest to get the most one on one training with me.
Here they are:

SKYPE Fitness Counseling Session: $55 for 1 hour
This is a live online video meeting on Skype where we will about your goals and examine your current training routine, supplementation, and diet. I will give advice on adjustments and see if I can come up with a more effective training and diet program for you. On this one time video call, I can answer your fitness questions and pass on knowledge that will be instrumental in your success.

Diet, Training, and Guidance via Email/ Text: $200 for a 8 week programGet unlimited communication with me through email. I will recommend a diet plan, create workout routines for you, and you can have UNLIMITED contact with me via email, even through text messaging so you can have instant access to me. I will answer any questions, coach you, encourage you, and help you to achieve your desired results.

Personal Training: Email for price!
After an assessment and evaluation, a 60 minute training session with me at the predetermined gym of your choice, a recommended diet plan, a custom workout plan, and progress monitoring.

FAQs

"What should I expect?"
I don't like to waste your time. The first time we meet I will have you fill out a couple forms. I will use the information gathered to custom tailor your workout plan, recommend a diet, and establish other pertinent information used to safely meet your desired results. Once the forms are filled out, the clock starts. Our first workout will be basic and fact finding. We will go over a variety of exercises to "prep" you for your next workout. We will do every thing from warming-up, stretching, pumping up the muscles, getting the heart rate going, and cooling down. Next time we meet you will be provided with a diet recommendation and a custom workout plan designed to accomplish your goals. Every workout with me from that point will be perfecting our workouts and reaching further to where you need to be.
"How long are your sessions?"
Each single session is 60 minutes long. Call for group class prices.
"What should I wear?"
Something breathable, loose fitting, and something that will allow you to have flexibility. Definitely tennis shoes. I do ask that you wear modest apparel.
"How do I pay you?"
You can pay by cash or check at the end of the workout. If you purchase a week program, month program, or any extended training program payment arrangements can be made. If you are purchasing the Unlimited E-mail Communication program a check or money order will be needed first.
"I know you will workout with me but what about my diet?"
I will recommend a diet plan for all regular clients. What foods to eat, what time to eat them, daily caloric intake for weight loss, supplement recommendation, and meal recommendations are some of the services that will be included.
"Are you certified?"
Yes, I am certified by the International Fitness Association and I am insured.
