"What should I expect?"
I don't like to waste your time. The first time we meet I will have you fill out a couple forms. I will use the information gathered to custom tailor your workout plan, recommend a diet, and establish other pertinent information used to safely meet your desired results. Once the forms are filled out, the clock starts. Our first workout will be basic and fact finding. We will go over a variety of exercises to "prep" you for your next workout. We will do every thing from warming-up, stretching, pumping up the muscles, getting the heart rate going, and cooling down. Next time we meet you will be provided with a diet recommendation and a custom workout plan designed to accomplish your goals. Every workout with me from that point will be perfecting our workouts and reaching further to where you need to be.
"How long are your sessions?"
Each single session is 60 minutes long. Call for group class prices.
"What should I wear?"
Something breathable, loose fitting, and something that will allow you to have flexibility. Definitely tennis shoes. I do ask that you wear modest apparel.
"How do I pay you?"
You can pay by cash or check at the end of the workout. If you purchase a week program, month program, or any extended training program payment arrangements can be made. If you are purchasing the Unlimited E-mail Communication program a check or money order will be needed first.
"I know you will workout with me but what about my diet?"
I will recommend a diet plan for all regular clients. What foods to eat, what time to eat them, daily caloric intake for weight loss, supplement recommendation, and meal recommendations are some of the services that will be included.
"Are you certified?"
Yes, I am certified by the International Fitness Association and I am insured.
